BioGRID Version 3.2.121 Release (Maintenance Update)
The BioGRID‘s curated set of physical and genetic interactions has been updated to include interactions from 44,741 publications. These additions bring our total number of non-redundant interactions to 563,368 and raw interactions to 812,489. New interactions will be added in curation updates on a monthly basis.
