BioGRID Version 3.3.122 Release (10,400 New Physical and Genetic Interactions Added)
The BioGRID‘s curated set of physical and genetic interactions has been updated to include an additional 10,400 interactions from 44,722 publications. These additions bring our total number of non-redundant interactions to 572,420 and raw interactions to 822,889. New interactions will be added in curation updates on a monthly basis.
