BioGRID Version 3.3.124 Release (2,585 New Physical and Genetic Interactions Added)
The BioGRID‘s curated set of physical and genetic interactions has been updated to include an additional 2,585 interactions from 44,978 publications. These additions bring our total number of non-redundant interactions to 574,378 and raw interactions to 826,051. New interactions will be added in curation updates on a monthly basis.
