Regulation of cell migration by the C2 domain of the tumor suppressor PTEN.

PTEN is a tumor suppressor protein that dephosphorylates phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5 trisphosphate and antagonizes the phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase signaling pathway.
