Bivalent ligand 390

Synonyms/Brands: Cer/Pom-PEG@GNPs, Bivalent_ligand_390
Bivalent ligands are compounds that bridge two protein partners to form a ternary complex, resulting in ubiquitin-proteasome mediated degradation, lysosomal degradation or other means of target protein inactivation. Applies to PROTACs and other heterobifunctional compounds in which two distinct protein binding moieties are connected with a linker, as well as single entity molecular glue compounds that contact both proteins without a linker.
METHOD:: Molecular Glue (Single chemical moiety that contacts both the E3 and the target in a ternary complex; structured as a single chemical entity without linkers; target degraded via UPS or otherwise inactivated in the ternary complex)
