The BioGRID Open Respository of CRISPR Screens (ORCS) is a publicly accessible database of CRISPR screens compiled through comprehensive curation efforts.

GIX is a browser extension that allows you to retrieve information about a gene product directly on any webpage simply by double clicking an official gene name, synonym or supported accession.

This BioGRID project page is designed to allow exploration of the entire yeast kinome and its interactions, including genetic interactions and all mapped sites of protein phosphorylation.

BioGRID ORCS build 1.0.3 (our latest update) added nearly 400 new screens to our CRISPR database including 325 from our latest featured dataset, "Prioritization of cancer therapeutic targets using CRISPR-Cas9 screens." by Behan FM et al. (Nature, 2019). This comprehensive dataset is comprised of genome-scale CRISPR-Cas9 screens in 324 human cancer cell lines from 30 cancer types, and is developed to prioritize candidates for cancer therapeutics.

The BioGRID ORCS curated CRISPR database has been updated to include CRISPR screens from a total of 49 different publications. These additions bring our total number of curated CRISPR screens in our database to 895 encompassing 58,000+ genes, 629 different cell lines, and 111 different cell types across 3 different model organism species (Human, Mouse, and Fruit Fly).

BioGRID update 3.5.173 includes a comprehensive update to our Schizosaccharomyces pombe dataset in partnership with The Scientific Resource for Fission Yeast (PomBase). This update incorporates close to 3,000 new interactions. Moreover, this increases the total number of Schizosaccharomyces pombe interactions deposited in BioGRID to 75,229 from 2,600+ publications. These interactions and all associated meta data are available immediately online via all standard BioGRID searches and supported download formats. You can also find these and many additional fission yeast resources available at https://www.pombase.org.
