AMBRA1 interplay with cullin E3 ubiquitin ligases regulates autophagy dynamics.
Autophagy maintains cellular homeostasis by degrading harmful or unnecessary intracellular components. How the autophagy response is induced rapidly and transiently remains largely unknown.
