- Phage lysates expressing an SRC-1 fusion protein were incubated with GST-PPARg, GST-RARa, GST-TRb, GST-VDR, GST-ER, and GST-RXRa in the presence or absence of specific activating ligands. As illustrated in Fig. 4A, SRC-1 interacted with each nuclear receptor in a manner that was highly dependent on ligand.
