The role of the lissencephaly protein Pac1 during nuclear migration in budding yeast.
During mitosis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the mitotic spindle moves into the mother-bud neck via dynein-dependent sliding of cytoplasmic microtubules along the cortex of the bud.
