A Genome-Wide Knockout Screen in Human Macrophages Identified Host Factors Modulating Salmonella Infection.
A genome-scale CRISPR knockout library screen of THP-1 human macrophages was performed to identify loss-of-function mutations conferring resistance to Salmonella uptake.
