Macrophage-stimulating protein activates Ras by both activation and translocation of SOS nucleotide exchange factor.
Macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP) is a chemotactic factor that activates the receptor tyrosine kinase RON. The involvement of Ras in MSP-induced signal transduction was investigated.
