Identification of signalling proteins interacting with B-Raf in the yeast two-hybrid system.
Recent studies suggested the existence of Ras/B-Raf/ MEK-1 complexes and a critical role for B-Raf in regulating the MAP kinase/ERKs signalling pathway.
