Molecular interactions between the importin alpha/beta heterodimer and proteins involved in vertebrate nuclear protein import.
We have used in vitro binding assays to examine specific interactions between a number of cytoplasmic and nuclear pore proteins involved in nuclear protein import in vertebrates.
