Identification of new partners of the epithelial sodium channel alpha subunit.
A fine regulation of the amiloride-sensitive Epithelial Sodium Channel (ENaC), made of alpha, beta and gamma subunits, is crucial for maintenance of Na+ balance and blood pressure.
