Reversing EphB2 depletion rescues cognitive functions in Alzheimer model.
Amyloid-? oligomers may cause cognitive deficits in Alzheimer's disease by impairing neuronal NMDA-type glutamate receptors, whose function is regulated by the receptor tyrosine kinase EphB2.
