tRNA and protein methylase complexes mediate zymocin toxicity in yeast.
Modification of Saccharomyces cerevisiae tRNA anticodons at the wobble uridine (U34) position is required for tRNA cleavage by the zymocin tRNase killer toxin from Kluyveromyces lactis.
