Evidence that the transcriptional repressor ICER is regulated via the N-end rule for ubiquitination.
ICER is a transcriptional repressor that is mono- or poly-ubiquitinated. This either causes ICER to be translocated from the nucleus, or degraded via the proteasome, respectively.
