  • Low Throughput: Yeast cells expressing TAP-tagged SLD5 (TAP-SLD5) and FLAG-tagged MCM4 (MCM4-5FLAG) were used in the experiment. TAP affinity purification was followed by FLAG affinity purification and the associated proteins were identified using mass spectrometry. Mcm10 was not detected.
