A ZFYVE21-Rubicon-RNF34 signaling complex promotes endosome-associated inflammasome activity in endothelial cells.
Internalization of complement membrane attack complexes (MACs) assembles NLRP3 inflammasomes in endothelial cells (EC) and promotes IL-?-mediated tissue inflammation.
