C-terminal Src kinase associates with ligand-stimulated insulin-like growth factor-I receptor.
Increased expression of the insulin-like growth factor-I receptor (IGF-IR) protein-tyrosine kinase occurs in several kinds of cancer and induces neoplastic transformation in fibroblast cell lines.
