Global regulation of H2A.Z localization by the INO80 chromatin-remodeling enzyme is essential for genome integrity.
INO80 is an evolutionarily conserved, ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling enzyme that plays roles in transcription, DNA repair, and replication.
