The 19S proteasomal lid subunit POH1 enhances the transcriptional activation by Mitf in osteoclasts.
The microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (Mitf) regulates gene expression required for osteoclast differentiation. Genes regulated by Mitf have been previously identified.
