We have determined the human genome to contain 296 different Src homology-3 (SH3) domains and cloned them into a phage-display vector. Note that this differs from any co-purification experiment involving affinity capture in that the co-purification experiment involves at least one extra purification step to get rid of potential contaminating proteins.
