BioGRID Version 4.4.249 Released
The BioGRID's curated set of data have been updated to include interactions, chemical associations, and post-translational modifications (PTM) from 87,206 publications. These additions bring our total number of non-redundant interactions to 2,248,084, raw interactions to 2,896,887, non-redundant chemical associations to 14,024, raw chemical associations to 31,540, Non-Redundant PTM Sites to 563,757 and Un-Assigned PTMs to 57,396.
