Yeast mutants sensitive to antimicrotubule drugs define three genes that affect microtubule function.
Three new genes affecting microtubule function in Saccharomyces cerevisiae were isolated by screening for mutants displaying supersensitivity to the antimicrotubule drug benomyl.
