Isolation and characterization of two novel ras superfamily genes in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
We have isolated two novel genes, designated as RHO3 (on chromosome IX) and RHO4 (on chromosome XI), belonging to the ras superfamily, from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
