Involvement of Hgs/Hrs in signaling for cytokine-mediated c-fos induction through interaction with TAK1 and Pak1.
Hgs/Hrs is a tyrosine-phosphorylated FYVE finger protein that is induced by stimulation with various cytokines and growth factors.
