We have so far cloned a cDNA encoding a hybrid-type histidine kinase (ATHK1), three cDNAs encoding phosphorelay intermediates (ATHP1-3), and four cDNAs encoding response regulators (ATRR1-4) from Arabidopsis thaliana.
