Kinetochore-dependent microtubule rescue ensures their efficient and sustained interactions in early mitosis.
How kinetochores regulate microtubule dynamics to ensure proper kinetochore-microtubule interactions is unknown. Here, we studied this during early mitosis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
